We specialize in the production of high-quality motors for Textile Machinery and various applications, we are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with expertise in casting and machining processes to join our team and uphold our standards of quality and precision.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Purchase or Sourcing Engineer to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, vendor development, and procurement processes, specifically within the casting and machining industries.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Identify and onboard new vendors and suppliers, particularly in the casting and machining sectors in Rajkot.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the organization.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality and delivery requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and specifications.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and supplier capabilities.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise promptly.
• Support quality assurance processes related to purchased components and materials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, vendor development, or sourcing roles, with a focus on casting and machining.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain effective supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving cost savings and process improvements through effective sourcing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
