LEDL Motors Returns and Cancellations Policy

Return Policy:

  • LEDL Motors offers a return option within 30 days if the motor is not fit for the purpose it was intended. Returns are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned goods. The return amount will be adjusted to account for transportation costs and any damages to the motor or its packaging.

Requesting a Return:

  • To request a return, please contact LEDL Motors Customer Service at Ensure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Prior to dispatching the return, send an email to with necessary photos of the motor and its packaging, and copies of the logistics receipt (LR).
  • After dispatch, send another email with updated photos and LR copies.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any fees. If the order is cancelled after 24 hours but before it is shipped, a processing fee will be applied.
  • If the order has already shipped, the transportation, insurance costs and other sundry costs will be deducted.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days upon receiving the returned product. The refund amount will be reduced by transportation costs and any damages to the product or packaging.

I received a damaged product. How do I return/replace it?

If you receive a damaged product, please send us an email at with clear photographs of the damaged product within three days of receiving it. Once we confirm the damage, we will contact you to initiate the return/ replacement of the damaged product.

How do I place a replacement/ refund request on

All returns must be postmarked within three days of receiving the product. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

How do I initiate a refund for my order?

If I receive a physically damaged product, can I get it replaced?

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. How do I cancel my order?

There is no option to cancel the orders on Green2Go. If you wish to return the product, please contact Courier charges may be deducted if the order is cancelled by the customer prior to delivery. Once we receive and confirm the refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please note: it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process the refund.
