MANAGER – TRAINING (TECHNICAL)

Job Title / Designation: Dy.Manager or Manager – Technical Training

Job Description:

  1. Education – BE EEE/ECE ,
  2. Age – 35 to 45 Years
  3. Years of Experience – 10 to 15 Years with soft skills in PPT/PDF/online training through zoom/meet
  4. Area of Exposure – Industrial Motors / Compressor / Fans / Pumps
  5. Preferred Industry – Electrical Motor /Compressor/Fans/Pump Manufacturing Industry  ( Industrial Segments )
  6. Exposure to latest manufacturing concepts like – Kanban, Kaizen, TPM, TQM , 5S etc., 
  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Much exposure in Industrial  products especially in Industrial Segment
  2. Industrial Motors application knowledge will be ad added advantage
  3. Process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance to dealers.
  4. Provide Sales training, mentoring and support services for the dealership and its departments
  5. Develops and directs sales training plans, programs, and procedures.
  6. Conducts exercise sessions on product knowledge for new and current sales dealers.
  7. Train and educate dealers from their point of view.
  8. Works with Manufacturer Training Manager to improve training standards at dealership.
  9. Listens to dealership phone calls and execute training plan as needed for improvement.
  10. Stays abreast of new training methods, techniques of competitors, and pending introduction of new dealership products to ensure current and effective training program
  11. Queries doubt solution.
  12. Willing to travel India and Abroad.
  13. Responsible for providing training to inhouse operators/staffs on product knowledge, latest manufacturing concepts like Basic TPM, Kanban, Kaizen, TQM , 5S etc. Hand holding operators in suggestion scheme / kaizen activities.
