Position Description:

Experienced professional with hands-on expertise in electric motors including induction motors and high-efficiency IE3/IE4/IE5 motors.

Skilled in motor selection, application engineering, load calculation, performance analysis, installation supervision, troubleshooting, and coordination with plant teams.

Strong understanding of industrial applications across textile, oil & gas, and general manufacturing sectors.

Capable of handling customer technical discussions, dealer development, and achieving sales targets through techno-commercial support

Key Responsibilities:

• Good connection in industrial network
• Conducting load calculations and performance analysis.
• Providing technical support to customers and plant teams.
• Handling installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of motors.
• Coordinating with production and quality teams for timely delivery.
• Managing techno-commercial discussions with clients.
• Supporting dealer/distributor network development.
• Ensuring compliance with efficiency standards and certifications (CE, UL, etc.).
• Monitoring motor performance and suggesting energy-efficient solutions.
• Preparing technical documentation, datasheets, and proposals.

Desired Profile:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination / order processing.
• Education: Any Degree.
• Age 25 to 30 Years.
• Exposure to manufacturing industry (motor industry preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word & PPT presentation).
• Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
