Job Title / Designation: DEPUTY MANAGER DESIGN

Job Description:

1. Education – BE/ME in Mechanical
2. Age – 30 to 40 Years
3. Years of Experience – 10 to 15 Years
4. Area of Exposure – Industrial Motor Design/Testing and Calibration of Motors/New Product Development
5. Preferred Industry – Electrical Motor Manufacturing Industry / Pump Industry

• Key Responsibilities:
• Much exposure in Motor products especially in Industrial Segment
• Testing and certification knowledge (BIS, CE, UL) is added advantage
• Development knowledge of EV Motor /BLDC will be added advantage
• Working in Generator, transformer, Gear Motor and Drives  industry also added advantage
• Design tools verification knowledge through software packages (i.e.CAD, Solid Works. Ansys etc.,) with the knowledge of product coding system
• To define schedule, analysis and anticipated project cost at development stage.
• Understanding manufacturing processes, engineering, scientific and other technical information.
• Planning and prioritizing activities in terms of New product and Good understanding of customer expectations and deliverable
