 Job Description:

1. Education – BE – Mech
2. Age – 27-32 Yrs
3. Years of Experience – 5 to 8 Yrs
4. Area of Exposure – Mechanical Design
5. Design Software – Auto CAD, Solid Works
6. Location – Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:

1   New Project co-ordinate up to production

2   Interact with customer

3   Model Drawing creation ( Solid works)

4   Layout drawing preparation for new product (Auto CAD/Solid works)

5   Data sheet and GA drawing preparation

6   Detail drawing preparation with Geometrical tolerance

7   Mechanical design verification.

8   Vendor co-ordination for new tool development

9   Proto Assembly – co ordination

10 Component Inspection and co-ordination

11 Customer complaint study and creating CAPA at design level

12 DFMEA Preparation

13 CFD analysis  ( Ansys software)

14 BOM Preparation  ( SAP)

Soft Skills:

1. Team Player.
2. Good communication and presentation skills.
3. Good planning and time management skills.
4. MS Office – Power point, Excel.
