Job Description:
- Education – BE/ME in Mechanical / Electrical and Electronics
- Age – 30 to 40 Years
- Years of Experience – 15 to 20 Years
- Area of Exposure – Industrial Motor Design/Testing and Calibration of Motors/New Product Development
- Preferred Industry – Electrical Motor Manufacturing Industry / Pump Industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Much exposure in Motor products especially in Industrial Segment
- Testing and certification knowledge (BIS, CE, UL) is added advantage
- Development knowledge of EV Motor /BLDC will be added advantage
- Working in Generator, transformer, Gear Motor and Drives industry also added advantage
- Design tools verification knowledge through software packages (i.e. Ansys, speed, etc.,) with the knowledge of product coding system
- To define schedule, analysis and anticipated project cost at development stage.
- Understanding manufacturing processes, engineering, scientific and other technical information.
- Planning and prioritizing activities in terms of New product and Good understanding of customer expectations and deliverable
