Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Executive to manage administrative tasks, data entry, and CRM coordination at our Dealer in Salem .
The role involves working closely with the internal sales and service teams, maintaining customer data, and supporting day-to-day operations using MS Office and Excel tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle data entry and record maintenance in Excel and CRM systems
Coordinate customer follow-ups and service records via phone and CRM
Assist in generating quotations, invoices, and customer reports
Maintain files and internal documentation
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in office admin or back-office operations
Moderate/Expert proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, tables, formatting)
Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly
Basic English/Tamil typing (lower level)
Female candidates preferred
