Sr.Engineer or Dy.Manager – Marketing (Exp.in Industrial Motors)

• Job Title: Senior Manager – Marketing (Chennai/Delhi /Vadodara/Vijayawada/Kolkatta Location)
• Designation: Senior Engineer / Dy.Manager – Channel Management / Direct Marketing
• Report to : GM – Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

a) Drive sales of 3-phase induction and synchronous motors across OEMs, MSMEs, through the dealer Channel

b) Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks in the region

c) Identify new business opportunities in various industries

d) Promote energy-efficient motor upgrades and replacement opportunities

e) Achieve monthly, annual sales targets with healthy margin discipline

f) Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and market mapping

Desired Profile:

a) Education: BE EEE/ECE or Equivalent

b) Years of Experience: 10 to 15 years in # phase Electrical motors

c) Age: Less than 45 Years

d) Moderate/Expert proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, tables, formatting)
