We are looking for a results-driven Sales / Business Development professional to grow sales of 3-Phase Electrical Motors across Chennai, and surrounding industrial clusters/Districts . The role involves developing the market for LEDL while promoting energy-efficient motor solutions (IE2, IE3, IE4, IE5) for diverse industrial applications.
The candidate will be responsible for market development, lead generation, technical sales support, channel coordination, and after-sales alignment, working closely with dealers and internal teams to deliver sustainable business growth.
Job Summary:
Drive sales of 3-phase induction and synchronous motors across OEMs, MSMEs, through the dealer Channel
Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks in the Chennai region
Identify new business opportunities in various industries
Promote energy-efficient motor upgrades and replacement opportunities
Achieve monthly, annual sales targets with healthy margin discipline
Conduct regular field visits, customer meetings, and market mapping
