Qualification : B.Com / M.Com/ ICWA (Inter preferable)

Experience : 08 to 15 yrs
Area of Exposure : Costing and Accounting of manufacturing Unit .(Preferably in Pump or Motor Industry)

- Preparation of cost workings for various types of motors and verification of costing accuracy
- Activity Rate Calculation
- BOM Standard Costing
- Working of loading factors related to Non BOM materials
- Data analysis required (as & when) (need Based)
- Standard cost and actual cost variance analysis
- Validation of various policy / guidelines
- Ageing inventory Product Category wise
- Ageing inventory Product Category wise
- Report & Analysis of Issue to Cost Center Report
- Maintaining and updating standard cost
- Analysis of Purchase price variance (PPV)
- Develop Internal control and compliance in relation to effective costing system
- Analysis of cost center wise expenses
- Over / Under absorption of Overheads
- Generation/Checking of various Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports, Budgets & Budgetary Control-Variance Analysis.
- Prepare estimates of costs for unique products in order to establish prices of products and to forecast production
- Handling statutory/internal /external audit & ensure implementation of recommendations
- Providing financial inputs/data for commercial & business decision to plant & timely submission of MIS
